betta group/club in socal

hello all,

I came across this site hoping to find a group or club in the socal region that discuss caring/breeding/trading of bettas. I've recently resumed my betta collecting and now looking to possibly breeding. The only thing that kept me from that route before was the sheer number of fries produced... Every betta to me is precious and i would loose sleep if i knew that betta fries died under my watch.

Anyhow, i would love to chat with any fellow betta lover on just about anything betta. If someone knows of any existing group in socal, let me know. Or, if you want to start one up, I'll be the first one to sign!

Thank u! Believe it or not, but I picked him up at a petsmart. He was just about done there. He's in good spirit now. Well, worst case scenario is we start one up ourselves.

There is an IBC group based in southern California. Golden State Bettas. You can go on the IBC page (www.ibcbettas.org) for more information.

In socal we have a betta group: Golden state bettas
They get together every 2 months to raffle of fish/supplies or sell/trade fish and talk about bettas and all that jazz xD Their next meeting is the 7th comming up I believe and it's in...ventura?
