bubbles everywhere

I have a betta I got 2 days ago in a 10 gallon tank. This morning I saw a group of bubbles at the front side of the tank, and a bigger group of bubbles at the back of the tank. I assumed this was the betta making a bubble nest, but now I'm not so sure. Now it looks like there are a ton of tiny little bubbles around where the filter's water comes out, and tons of little bubbles (smaller than the ones in the bubble nests) on the surface of the water, everywhere. Is this the betta or is it a problem with the filter?

Is the tank or equipment new? Sometimes when a new tank is set up, bubbles can form all over the tank. Shouldn't hurt your fish, in time they should go away as the tank matures and has water changes, etc...

yes, it is. So should I just ignore it? The betta doesn't seem too bothered by it.
