Exclamation Urgent:fin rot

So ive now confirmed that blazer has fin rot,not fin regrowth.its like a tiny clump of black at the edge of his fin( mostly on the bottem fins) and he also has some rays of fins that are longer than the ones with fin rot and it hs white tips,is that regrowh or the begining of those rays of having fin rot too?ive read somewhere about how fin rot starts with whiteness, the bacteria starts eating away tissues and then it turns black or something...

He's already now starting to act less hyper, and not a single bit curious to new things in his lil tank....im getting quite worried

So far i dont think its a super serious case of it yet, nuthin like how ppl wake up and see bits of fins all over the tank floor, only clumps of black that looks like its hanging off the edge of his fins.but im scared of that happening='(

SO WHATS THE TREATMENT FOR FIN ROT?!?!?!

Is it like the natural aquarium salt method thats used for ich?can you please explain the treatment for fin rot to me?thanks you very much

(btw i only have AQ and epsom salt atm)

And for tank info

Roughly at least1.5 gallon tank

Has a 50watt heater that works perfectly fine

Constant26'c\69'f i think

And no filter

Bare bottem no gravel

And i feed him omega one betta boufet pellets 2per meal twice a day(those pellets have main ingredients as meat and contains enough protiens)

I do 50%wAter changes on weds
100% water changes on sats

I add stress coat to new water

Thats about it

daily water changes is probably the best, but 1tsp per gallon of aquarium salt can also help. Do not use salt for more then 10 days.

26 degrees Centigrade = just under 79 degrees Farenheit, so don't crank up the heat!
