College Major Poll!

Being in college myself, I was curious to see what majors those who went to college chose by making this poll.

I'm studying Computer Engineering, let's find out what everyone is studying/has studied!

I'm studying biology to go through veterinarian school to work in equine reproduction and dog behavior/reproduction.

I just graduated on the 17th. I majored in animal sciences with a minor in biology. I was one class away from a double major in biology but it wasn't worth the extra cost of one semester. College is so expensive.

Due to some monetary problems I have yet to start college. But I'm hoping to this coming year, planning to major in Marine Biology/Psychology.

I don't know if I count or not but my major was psychology.

Why is Biology lumped in with Chemistry? I feel like I have a certain amount of pride when I say I do chemistry (lololol not really), but now I'm lumped in with the "future biologists/vets/doctors/etc"

I was wondering that, too.

I guess biology would be closest to my major (actually it was my minor). I recently graduated with a degree in Fisheries Science. It enables me to work for Game and Fish Departments as well as in the aquaculture industry (as well as giving my a boost in the hobby). I would love a job managing oceanic fisheries or in foodfish aquaculture. I don't think I would want to work at a public aquarium or in commercial ornamental fish breeding, tho.

I'd say that would be under Social Sciences


Sorry about lumping Chem/Bio together, to use Engineers you guys are all just as crazy
