Stress Coat

My fish had some fungus one fin and slight fin rot, so I treated with aquarium salt and now the fungus is gone, phew. He still has somewhat ragged fins, though, so I want to use Stress Coat to treat that, as per the sticky at the top of this board. However, I'm not sure if I should be using it instead of my usual water conditioner, or in addition to it--like, when I change his water today, should I add only Stress Coat, or a combination of conditioner and Stress Coat? And should I continue with the salt treatment?

If you keep the water clean, you can stop the AQ treatment. Over use (over 14 days in a row) can cause more damage than good
Stress coat is called "Stress Coat Water Conditioner" so like any conditioner, you can use it by itself. Some people I notice do use a half and half: half conditioner, half stress coat.
