API Splendid Betta Complete Water Conditioner

I've seen on the forums that people recommend the API stress coat, i was google-ing info about it when I came across "API Splendid Betta Complete Water Conditioner." Has anyone tried it. What makes it different than stress coat?

I've never tried it. I HAVE used Stresscoat before and it made my water yucky and I always had white stuff hanging off of my fish.

While I've most certainly been disenchanted by API's products lately (test ktis mainly) The only water conditioners I recommend would be Tetra's Aquasafe plus, or Prime. Prime edges out the Tetra stuff because it does a better job at promoting slime coats.
