Exclamation Aludins Got A Bad Case of Tail biting/fin curling, HELP!

So i went up to his Divided tank he shares with Oceanus / Rocketeer/ Sophia, and i noticed his fins are torn up, and it looks like he shredded them, its probably not fin rot, since my other bettas fins are fine, but his tail has been curled ever since i got him, any help?
Housing
What size is your tank? 20 gal.
What temperature is your tank? 70-80 F
Does your tank have a filter? no
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? No
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? 3 Other bettas (divided Tank)

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Flakes, bloodworms once a week.
How often do you feed your betta fish? twice everyday

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? every week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change?
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? 20% - 100%

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia: N/A
Nitrite: N/A
Nitrate:N/A
pH:N/A
Hardness: N/A
Alkalinity: N/A
(will get testing kit soon!!!)

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? Curled, shredded fins.
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Biting Tail???? (possibly)
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Since Yesterday
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? No
Does your fish have any history of being ill? No
How old is your fish (approximately)? Maybe 1-2???

70-80F? That is a huge range. It is very very important that tanks maintain a stable temperature. Dips like that can be lethal.

Can you please post picture?

That's still too much of a swing. Why is your water not staying a constant temp?

Pictures would be helpful to know if it's biting or an actual infection. How are your other fish doing?
