well, i never use them, and they're strange looking. so i figured, why not!? they love laying in them, playing around them. also gives a whole other "ground" level to the tank.

and don't worry, i actually thought he was dead until i saw his gills moving. lol. its funny to catch him sleeping, because he looks to be in such a trance and he always has his fins puffed up.

Awww! How cute :D I have a suction-cup thermometer and Omelette likes to sleep between the suction cup on the wall of the tank and the thermometer. So cuuute :)
