Fish is over stressing, after a move

Moved omelet from one room in the house to the living room, which is much warmer, and the next couple of days are going to be very cold. Anyways he has been @ full flare for the past hour at first was swimming around very fast niping at the wall of his 1 gallons heated petco critter keeper, now he is just floating in the middle full flare

I dont think the move itself was the stressor it was only about 15 ft from where he was, and on the table where he is at now there is nothing around to stress him.

I fed him and he ate fine too, but at full flare and more aggressively.

hope nothing, only thing behind his tank is one large potted cactus plant. Only thing he can see is the brown pot part lol , I just lightly tapped his tank and he swam behind his heater, still fully flared though

maybe try covering his tank with a towel so that it's dark and he can relax a bit ..

then uncovering the towel one face of the tank at a time and see if that helps
