Honestly it just looks like a flash defect or something with the photo being so blurry..

Is it fuzzy or raised at all?

You should never put a new fish in with other fish without quarantining first.. especially one you know may be sick..

I have started treatment on her with aq. salt and plenty of water changes! the dot seems to be getting smaller so i believe that it is working!

Hi eaglescout, sorry for coming a little late. I'm glad the AQ salt treatment is working. Since it wasn't a bump or raised, I think it may have been a missing scale. Treating with AQ salt is just the way to go but don't keep her in the salt for more than 10 days, 14 max. Good luck with her!
