Need Advice - Ich in fry tank

This is my first batch of fry and noted this morning white spots on the fry they are now 14 days old.

I raise the temp and added a few drops of ich medication.

I have also been doing everyday a 1L water change on their tank, batch is not that big therefore I am keeping them inside the spawning tank and hopefully to transfer them later to a growout tank.

I use a turkey banister to clean (removing any particles and dead fry lying around) the surface and extra water.

I slowly started filling up their water level and then started daily water changes. I have a 20L bucket of water which I had prepared with dechlorinator and water safe.

Came from work managed to catch all the fry. Wash out the tank completely with warm water and all the equipment and also the live plants. I had a 10L bucket of aged water which had used. I also added a few droplets of Aquadine General Aid Special 3. Do i need to add natural coarse sea salt into their tank. Heater keeping at 28dg and I have a small sponge filter and airstone but running at very very low bubbles.

Although cleaning the tank yesterday do I still continue with 30& water changes everyday?
