2nd time round

Hello there, I just joined a few weeks ago when i got my first fish( Mooch), and you guys helped me get my fish a proper home, heater etc, as i came with NO information on how to take care of beautiful betta's.

Unfortunately Mooch passed away, less than 2 weeks after I got him, I did everything i was supose to so something must have been done wrong when cleaning his tank, or he was just sick to begin with. p.s. HE NEVER POOPED OVER THE TIME I HAD HIM... which concerns me... big time...

Anyways, I just got a new guy today (still not named, open to suggestions) and just wanted to see what you guys think about him :) so heres some pictures. and yes i know he has a split in his fin, its not bleeding or anything, so ill just see what happens with that.
