I assume you tested your rocks to make sure they're not changing the pH or anything(?) That aside, Olympia's right, anubias aren't supposed to be rooted and instead, you either float them or tie them to a rock/driftwood.... There are other plants that need to be substrated, but unless you plan on getting more plants, then it doesn't seem like you have to worry about them at the moment- not to mention since you have anubias, more than likely if you were to include other plants, the vast majority of them will be low maintenance enough to where you don't really have to worry too much about having dirt or substrate in general.... So yeah, if you plan on getting other plants, you should definitely post up a list of them!
