That's Jodi-Lea, she is the importer for AB purchased fish and has her own store.

I own heaps of bettas from her. They are absolutely beautiful and the healthiest I've ever seen from an LFS. One pair of wilds I got from her, had been so well looked after they spawned one day after being shipped to me.

If you are in Australia, I would definitely recommend Jodi for high-quality bettas and guppies. The quality of her stock cannot be matched anywhere else over here.

Edit: She doesn't breed the bettas in her channel, she imports them from breeders overseas
