The Fab Four

I thought I'd post a pic of all my current guys. I have some of them floating around on here but I decided they're worth a thread for all the pain, stress, laughs, and tears they've given me!!
first up is Buckminster, he's the betta I got last summer that got me back into bettas and into fishkeeping! Thanks to him I now have 4 bettas and a cichlid tank. I owe him a lot :D you can't really tell in the pic but he's a cellophane with some marbling. Next fish in the next post!

next up we have Casper, a white plakat in his water change cup. For a while, my dream betta had been a white PK, and I saw one in petsmart, but he was too skinny and sickly looking. Later, in another petsmart, I saw Casper and had to take him home :3 his body is white and the pic may not show this but his fins are the faintest blue :D he also has a little red patch on his left ventral. I love his black and white eyes and his goofy little bulldog face. Next fish will be in the next post!

up next we have Dovie (Dovaahkiin) the gentle giant. Seriously, this fish is huge. He's a VT from petsmart that was put on the bottom shelf with some other pretty boys (someone was hiding them? I stole him anyway :3) He's kind of slow and awkward but has learned the feeding tap well and loves his dragon. I love the yellow on his head :D

Last, but not least we have the most recent addition, an unnamed little dude who goes by the name of "the baby" for now. He is way redder in real life but pics wash him out. He's a petco baby betta and I'm guessing VT male because his little ventrals are already so long! He's eating voraciously and loves exploring his tank, which I only filled up halfway until last night!

thanks! The pictures turned out not too great cause my phone camera needs the subjects to be still >.< too much to ask of some bettas

thanks! it's a joke between a friend and I but I thought it was worthy of going on here, even though most of those 99 problems are fish truthfully! and the celestial eyed goldfish, he's a hoot.

the baby follows my sparkly fingernail around! this is exciting cause all my other ones are either too slow or too spazzy to do that :3
