Exclamation Sarah's pectoral fin disintegrated!!

Okay, as some of you know Sarah had a strange orangey coloration on her left pectoral fin, and eventually it did go away.
Now, yesterday she was holding is close to her body and not using it AT ALL. It's a never ending battle!
Today that fin is half gone - where it used to be orange, and had faded away, is GONE

WHAT is this?! I've never seen fin rot like THAT. Her other fins are getting better and not continuing to disintegrate... Will AQ salt REALLY help? She's still in her quarantine, up'd to 2 gallons. There is no other discoloration that I've seen, the temperature is right now at 76 (heater gave out ) and if I have to die in my room by adding my room heater I will.
