Newbie with her betta

So, I'm just getting started here. Hikari is my first betta. I have a whole other tank for the rest of my fish that I just got set up with some help from a friend too. I originally wasn't necessarily planning on a betta, but when I saw this little guy, I just knew he had to come home with me.

:) Thanks. The green on him didn't come out so well in the picture, but it's there, mostly at the base of his tail.

Believe it or not, I actually found him at Petco. Lol, found his tank at Goodwill for $7 and saw the same one, brand new at Wal-Mart for $20; the only thing missing from the one I bought was the multi-color LED lights.

meh, getting the tank that cheap was better than ruining the charm of his good looks with mulit-colored LED lights!! I personally don't like them. I couldn't figure out a young CT's real colors due to a red LED light in the LPS :/ I have a tank now and I'm thinking about him. I think it's a marble ;)
