Water filter for 10 gallon tank?

I am really really trying to do this right. I haven't purchased my betta yet because I want to do everything right. So I am now making a shop list of items I need to set up before I bring her home. (my whole story is in the introduction threads)

SO that being said...

I looked for recommended brands of filters but I could not find any so I apologize ahead of time if it has been already mentioned....

I will be getting a 10 gallon tank for my future princess to swim all on her own!! (im not sure what her name will be since I have to look at her personality)

Which do you reccomend? I have been looking at Aqueon 06080 QuietFlow 10 Power Filter, 100GPH and Tetra Whisper In-Tank Filter 10I with BioScrubber, 3 to 10-Gallon

I am so afraid to make the wrong decision
