Talking New Betta Home... A Few Important Questions

Hi Everyone!

Today is my birthday and I have 3 bettas. (one is shipping for Chard56 right now! Can't wait!!!) my parents got me a 20gal tank with two screen dividers. I figured the dividers would be fine for the two girls, but what about for the girl and the boy? Will I need to get/make a solid one so he isn't flaring all the time? And how can I make it? It is a regular 20gal... it is heating right, now, I am so happy I finally have a great home for my babies!! Will post pics.

For dividers I always prefer to make them myself. You can use craft mesh as a divider. I think it's fine if you put a male on one side and females on the other as long as you make sure no one can jump over the divider. And I always recommend to put pants next to the divider to reduce visibility on the other side so they don't see each other too much and don't spend their entire day flaring.
