Is this a good heater for an 8 gallon fluval ebi tank?

Like the title states, I was wondering if this heater is any good or too strong for an 8 gallon fluval ebi tank

I think it would be fine since it's adjustable.

I have one that is similar in my 5 gallon tank, even though it is not for tanks as small as mine it is amazing! Love that it's adjustable, and it keeps my tank at a steady 80F

I have a lot of experience with that heater and I like it a lot. However, I have heard really bad things about that seller.. good luck.
