First Feed: BBS vs Micro Worms

If everything goes well my spawn will hatch tomorrow night, I have cultures for both BBS and Microworms.

I have read conflicting reports on what to feed your fry when they start free swimming.

From what I get the micro worms will be easier, but the BBS has better nutritional value..

I am leaning more towards the BBS but wanted to get the feedback of the more experienced breeders as this is my very first spawn

I started mine out on Vinager Eels for the first 3-4 days, then I alternated BBS and Micro Worms, after the the first 2 weeks I gave them very fine Golden Pearls along with the BBS and Micro Worms.
They seem to be doing fine, actually ready to go now.
