SO ill start with the story. I got up this morning and was eyeballin my female bettas, because thats just what i do. I only saw 3 though, and didnt think much of it (instead of 4). i went about my daily routine and right before i left for work, i noticed there were still only 3. i looked high, low, couldnt find her. So after some searching, i got a flashlight and looked down behind my guitar amp (where they sit) and found her on the carpet :( i was REALLY really broken up about it until i went to pick her up and she flopped out of my hand. i ALMOST had a heart attack. she was faded a bit, and her eyes were cloudy and she was covered in lint. so i FLEW across the room, grabbed a net, and after some coaxing, got her back into the tank. she laid on a plant for a while, swam a bit more, and her eyes and skin color came back. she even chased some food i put in there, but i dont think she ate any.
my question is, is there anything i can do (assuming shes still alive when i get home) to ease her stress?
