Should I be worried? please help

My fry started hatching today..

Male Betta keeps missing some of them before they hit the floor of the tank.

He is busy Flaring with nobody. He is literally in the middle of the tank flaring as if there was another betta in site, and other than his fry, he is alone in the tank,

I have personally watched 3 of them fall right by him and he doesnt even notice, he is helping others that are on the way down if he sees them, but its like he's distracted with flaring.

The main point is he picking up the fry.
If so don't worry and let him do his job.

My male would also miss some of the eggs, but every five minutes or so he would explore the bottom and pick up missing eggs to be placed back in the nest.
