Keeping 3 bettas in a 1gal together is...well, cruel. You need to get them each at least their own 1gal.

Please do more research on proper fish care :( I know a lot of pet stores say it's okay, but it certainly is not, and the care you'd have to give to keep them healthy in that thing would eat up all your free time.

+1 All true statements. 1 gallon minimum per fish. Can't be said enough.

Sadly it is not said enough. I wish more people were informed on the basics at least.

u can stop posting now because, unfortunately, he died last night while my other two are still living trying to attack each other through the glass dividers. And I had them in a tank like this...

I'm sorry for the loss of your fish.

To help save the others from suffering, I think it would be wise to get them at least a gallon to themself. Even walmart has nice 2gal tanks for about $15, or 5gal for $20. You can divide those easily and keep them cycled and heated properly, without needing so much maintanence.

Sorry to say, in that little box, the other two probably won't be far behind.

thats too little of a tank. 1 gallon divided in 3? the minimum is 2.5 gallon divided in 2. possibly he is stressed. the tank is to small and i find bettas like filtering. i reccomend you get him(them) a new tank. if you only want one tank for all 3. get a 5 gallon tnak and divide into 3, thats 1.66 gallnos for each. great!
