I cried when the dragon and dragon rider died in "Moretta's Ride" by Anne McCaffrey, felt so stupid for crying for something and someone that never really existed! I'm so glad I'm not the only one.

I'm nearly 26 and you guys are the first people I've really admitted this to XD Except my cousin but she is my ultimate BFF and we tell each other everything! LOL

I just tend to get so into books that I can imagine the characters as being real people. So it is natural to form "bonds" with these people and want to interact with them. That is what makes books so awesome for me I think.

*side note* can I just say Bombalurina, that I LOVE your user name... tehe. Makes me want to change mine to Rumpleteaser! <3

@Mandi: I've noticed from your signature that your betta family has grown much larger since you found Glaedr. How did your hubby take it at first?

Lucky you! Did he have any participation in the choosing of the fish?

Scenario-
Hubby: thinks to himself "if i don't let her reign now it could be bad for me down the road, women are scary sometimes" *shudders*

Mandi: look i bought another fishy

Hubby: too late, she's in charge, oh. that's great honey!

Nah it isn't like that at all actually. I'm not a typical woman. I don't believe in making a man "whipped" and controlling him at all. We are partners and when we want to do something that can affect both of us we talk about it and work it out. If anything, he definitely wears the pants and gets the final say. That's why I was so shocked when I asked if I could go nuts with Bettas, that he actually said yes. LOL

And no he didn't really participate in any of the fish buying. But it was like "look honey, another fishy!" lol he was just like "Meh, she's crazy" LMAO

I love my husband so much. We have the best relationship. There is no jealousy and we completely trust each other. We know that if we ever had any feelings for other people we would actually talk to each other about it, it's just how we are.... So I have many male friends that I hang out with all the time and my hubby is fine with it! So yeah... But whoa, back to the main topic!!!

I am not sure if I like what is going on in Inheritance right now.... I can't remember what chapter I'm on, and I don't want to spoil anything, but I don't know how I feel about it yet. I feel like things are progressing way too quickly and yet not quickly enough all at the same time! LOL if that is even possible!
