How to clean gravel?

Hey!
So about a week ago I moved Dragonfly into his newly bleached (did it properly! Not worries, it also soaked in JUST hot water for 2 days straight) 5 gallon Fluval Chi Which is is really happy in! I have colored gravel as the substrate and was wondering how I can clean it on a regular basis!

I do NOT have a gravel vacuum, but do want to get one. In the meantime, is there another way that I can clean the gravel without emptying the entire tank?

You can use one of those turkey baster thing. I know a lot of people here use it. It takes longer and I think it's not has effective but it does the job for now.

That is an awesome idea I just got a job, so hopefully I can get a gravel cleaner soon! I am NOT a fan of a dirty tank...lols.

Off to the dollar store soon to get one Thank you so much! This can be closed now

I just disturb the gravel a bit and little poopies come flying out and I suck em up. lol

Haha! Sounds like fun I'm excited to try it haha. I'll hopefully get a gravel vacuum ASAP! Planning on getting another Betta in a 2.5 gal tank So a gravel vacuum would come in handy
