Help right away

I have a 2 gal. i just cleaned it out with vinigar for my next fish and everything... it is filtered and heated- and i just want to know how much of API betta conditioner to put in there and how long to let it settle. 24 hours or a week? three days? i dont know! last time i only waiter 24 hours... im just unsure and im getting my betta in 5 days and i need to know FAST so i can put it in. also, can you wait till after the settling is done to put decorations in? live plants? AKA-marimino moss ball

Follow the instructions on the API bottle. They should give you an amount per gallon.
As long as the temperature is what it should be, it is now safe to add any decorations and plants you want to, and your betta. The only reason you need to wait in a tank that size is for the temperature to adjust. The reason you need to wait in larger tanks is to cycle them, but that's not an issue in a 2 gallon. :)
