Fishless cycle help 5 gallon tank

I am about 2 weeks into a fishless cycle with fish food. I needed some help deciphering if we are on the right track.

Ammonia level is at 2 - 4ppm
Nitrite at .25ppm
Nitrate at 10 - 20ppm

Does that sound about right?

Where do i need to be before I can add the betta? It is a 5 gallon tank

Fish Cycle. This says that once you start reading zeros for your ammonia and nitrite for a few days you're ready to start adding fish(after cleaning up the mess of course).
