Fins not getting better with Salt?

I've had my Betta on salt for 6 day now. I've been doing daily 100% water changes religiously. The tank temp is around 77*. I've been dosing 1tsp/gallon with an increase to 1.5tsp/gallon the last two days. His fins just aren't responding. His tail fin split that went all the way through it almost healed up quite quickly but didn't completely close at the edge. His color has came back and he has a healthy appetite devouring his 3-4 pellets in seconds. Here are some pics.

He seems fine.
Tail splits sometimes never completely fuse back together but it will improve with time.
You've done a good job!

Oh okay I was confused as my red Betta his fins have completely healed with clear lining and have filled out with clear growth that are filling in with color. Thanks for the reply.

On his "split" it looks like he lost a ray which will leave a gap.
When they just split between rays the healing is different and faster.

I see yeah the damage to the red one wasn't as bad. I caught his a bit earlier. I'm just happy they are both happy eating and blowing bubble nests. I'll be adding his substrate and deco's to the qt and going back to regular water changes. I'm going to upgrade him to a 2.5 gallon tank in the near future.
