Fishless tank cycle and bubbles

I'm doing the fishless cycle and I have bubbles on the surface on my water. Is this bad or have a negative effect on my tanks cycling? The good news is one of my tanks got nitrites in it yesterday and the other one had nitrites show up tonight. I've also got theo heaters for the tanks today and bumped the temps up to 85* to help the bacteria growth.

Also I am cycling it at 4PPM ammonia. I imagine that my Betta and 6 harlequin rasbora will not produce this much ammonia. Is it possible to over breed the bacteria?
