Major scale loss..please help!

Sakura is right about the AQ salt dose. The two TSP per gallon is for serious cases, though now that he is bloated I would stop using it. AQ Salt actually increases bloating and does not get rid of it. For that you need Epsom Salt. Make sure it is unscented, no additives. You can it any number of places. Walmart pharmacy area will have it.

He's eating bubbles? That's a bit odd.

Well, since he's gone and made himself bloated, that does throw a monkey wrench in things. For now, go ahead and keep him in the current dosage of AQ salts, that's fine. To get him to deflate, we need to get the air out of him. Hopefully, he can get it out himself - if he stops eating bubbles, eventually the excess air will dissipate and he should deflate.

Do you have any idea why he would be eating bubbles? And where the bubbles would be coming from?

EDIT: You can also switch him to epsom salts as Amph recommended, either one will work. Because his bloating is not caused by fluid buildup, AQ salts won't hurt him.

2 TSP per gal for 2.5 gals isnt much different than one TBSP. 3 teaspoons per tablespoon. so you should only be adding a little under one more tablespoon to your water after the bottle reccomendations following sakuras directions. im pretty sure you dont want to add 2 tablespoons per gallon as thats a big difference
