Updates :)

I replaced all plastic pots with these ridiculously cheap terracotta pots (3/1$ at Dollarama).

I decided to try out Ludey's light and it works and didn't explode in my face like I thought it would (for no reason actually) and turned his heater up a bit. I cannot gauge what's happening with his tail because it doesn't look like rot, he flares now and puffs out his dragon beard at the mirror for exercise. I got my new order of IAL so his water is pretty tanned now overnight. Finally, Ludendorff is coming around!! Only a month and a half has passed for his amazing breakthrough!

Bowser, harvesting the java fern. All these little pieces have grown since I bought the plant back when I bought Bowser actually wow, I just realised I bought Bowser and the plant together!! lol So all these pieces are growing fine, I'm going to keep some for him and Ludey and then give some to my sister :) I'm super excited when my plants grow!! I always try and fail to grow things for long. I do well with herbs for myself and bunny but now I can add java to that list!! lol

^ Ludendorff! I'm always proud of his progression! This is one of his first bubble nests. He likes to guard them (except his last one! Which he dismantled himself)

Intense red on Bowser! And Ludendorff just does not stay still!!! Haha! I do have some shots of his blue eyes though. He's so pretty! <3<3

Thanks :) I think what they say is true, fish colors are brighter on dark environments! Because Bowser's a stunner for sure!

I like to get substrate to constrast my fish. My mustard gas girl Persephone looks amazing against white sand because of her dark body; Odysseus's white and gold looks great against black sand.

Thanks :) I'm the same way (obviously) And when I got the pink tank, I wasn't sure what I could get to go with it. Ludey is perfect for it ^.^
