Filter question

Hi all! I am wondering what filters you all would recommend ... I was going to get a 35 gallon plastic tote to use as a grow out tank and I am trying to decide what filter works best. I was thinking no matter what I will add an additional corner sponge filter. But just not sure if I should get an in tank filter or one that hangs on the side... and then which brands do you recommended ...

As always... thank you for the advice and suggestions!!!

the HOB filter in my opinion is the marineland with bio wheel. the only prob with that filter is there very strong flow. if you want a slower flow i use aqua clear they have adjustable flow and are a good filter. never used in tank filter only HOB and canister.
