Have you used Tetra SafeStart?

I know the people here I have seen posts from seem set against the bacteria boosters. I've did some searching on the product and it seems hit or miss. Most people tend to think that it doesn't work as advertised, but definitely says that it will speed up a cycle. I was just wondering what people here with actual experience using this particular product had to say about it. Most of what I have seen here goes along the lines of "I've never used them or will ever because it's useless....".

BTW, I'm currently running a test with my tanks one fishless w/TSS and one with out the product.
