Huh, that is still relatively small, I will still say she until she is older. Is there an egg spot? If there is not it will be a male. If there is it could still be a male or female.

Fabian, my male betta gets stress stripes when I change his water ;)
Plus that fish is still a baby, lot's of babies have stripes.
She looks girly, but she could just surprise you one day!
