Question what color is this?

i don't usually ask for color clarification, but for this guy, i will.

i'm on Tumblr alot, and on my main blog, reblog ALOT of bettas and goldfish. one day, i saw the most stunning betta EVER! i've seen this combo before, but never paid it any mind, but now, i'm super curious.

i just ADORE this color combo! clear fins, deep red body.... it's amazing! what is it?!

Unfortunately I've noticed this forum can't tell fish colors or tails correctly. Looks like some sort of bi-color but I can't think of any color like that.

Definitely a cellophane male. Not a Cambodian though.

Nope. It doesn't. Regardless he is very pretty and IMO looks like someone would name him tamale. Or something that has to do with spices or something very hot. For some reason that came to mind.

Very pretty DT boy you have there and very unique! I have only seen one other like him. At the base of his caudal you can see where the tail splits and this is very easy to tell with cellos and some Cambodians as well. What's his name?

It can be that he is a marble as well. Some Cello's can have the "dalmatian" coloring as well. which is a kind of marble as well.
