Can I Feed My Betta Brine Shrimp and Bloodworms?

I am wondering if I can feed my betta bloodworms and brine shrimp. I have both of them on hand. The bloodworms came from and the brine shrimp came from Petsmart. The brine shrimp are in the freezer. Is it safe to feed my betta this food? If so, how often?

I am also interested in knowing about the brine shrimp and how often.

Yes you can. You can feed daily or as a treat with other foods such as pellets.
