epsom, you mean?

And yes, it is. Non-fragrance, regular pure epsom salt... mine says "epsom salts bath crystals; for use in bath tubs, hot tubs, and whirlpool baths; plant food supplement for larger, more vigorous plants". Epsom salt is 100% natural mineral magnesium sulphate... but for us it reduces stiffness and soreness, and for bettas.... it mainly helps them poop

Epsom salt for fish, helps with Swim Bladder Disorder, constipation, etc.

As long as the label indicates or has directions on it-to drink....it is safe for the Bettas and shouldn't have anything added....it is also used for human constipation to be taken oral.....(by mouth)....

it's 1 teaspoon per gallon, dissolve it first before adding! that should help him. usually up to 10 days if needed... you can up it to 3 teaspoons per gallon adding over time.
