Blood Worms

What are better for bettas, frozen, or freze dried?
Does it greatly matter?
I have heard that freze dried are cheaper...

Both are fine but the frozen stuff contains more proteins than the freeze-dried. Depends on your Law of Supply and Demand. Frozen stuff here seems cheaper than the freeze-dried.

What is the frozen stuff like? Isn't it hard to get just a bit ( if it is all a frozen chunk)
I really have no clue about the difference.

I have the freeze dried kind and it seems much easier than dealing with frozen. Just get a pinch and put it in. With frozen you go through more trouble to give it to your fish.

How is that, Lindsey? I simply put mine in a fridge and depending on the package, I chopped off a cube and placed it in a net and run under water in room temperature to thaw it. Warm water will simply reduce the amount of nutrients in them so it is generally not advisable.
