Betta eats poop

Hi,

Do any of your bettas eat their poop? My female eats them like a bloodworm. I am worried that it might not be good for her. I feed her two pellets once a day.

Two pellets once a day is a low amount to feed.. should be fed small, multiple meals throughout the day- at least a breakfast and dinner routine. Depending upon the size of the pellets, two tend to be bare minimum for a single feeding. She may be going after her waste to try to get nutrition she isn't getting from not getting enough food..
I would start feeding her 2-3 pellets twice a day and see how she fares then.. they sometimes will investigate their waste, as they don't have hands to see what it is..
