Can or Cannot

Can a male betta blow bubbles with a water running filter? Or do I have to unplug the filter from stop the water current? Thank you

babies will need very still water for the first week or two, after that you can turn on the filter but with a very gentle flow, that's why we prefer bubble filters for fry tanks so we can control the flow with either a gang valve or clamp.
