Tumours

Medea appears to have two tumours - one on the side of her jaw, one where her pectoral fin emerges from her body.

Housing
What size is your tank? Probably has about 15 gallons in it, what with all the plants.
What temperature is your tank? 80F.
Does your tank have a filter? Two - a Fluval U1 and U2, total of 45 gallons of filtration.
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? No.
Is your tank heated? Yes.
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? 5 other female bettas, 5 ember tetras, 12 Endler's Livebearers, 3 cories and 2 gardneri killis. I know, it's overstocked. It's temporary, and water params are fine. No fighting.

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Marina Betta Micro Pellets, Nutrafin Micropellets, Nutrafin cory tablets, New Life Spectrum Cichlid pellets.
How often do you feed your betta fish? Twice a day.

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? Twice a week.
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 20 litres (5 gallons) so about 1/3.
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Prime, Seachem Flourish, Seachem Iron, Seachem Phosphorous (different days get different ferts). Sometimes Seachem Excel for algae control.

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: Don't know, my kit is broken
pH: 7
Hardness: Soft
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? She has developed a bump on her jaw and another just behind her pectoral fin. She also appears to be slightly less irridescent than usual.
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? It hasn't. She has a great appetite, swims around actively and in all other ways appears healthy.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Just now.
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? No.
Does your fish have any history of being ill? No, but I got her from a pretty dodgy shop.
How old is your fish (approximately)? I've had her since about October, so she must be around about a year old now.

She doesn't seem sick or in pain, but can anyone tell me what to do if these lumps continue to grow or multiply? Should I act now? I don't have a seperate tank to treat her in and she loves the tank she is in.
What can I expect from these lumps?

Bump? I know it's not urgent, but I'm still rather worried. :(
