Question plakat + java moss Q's

hi im new to owning plakats and would like some info :) all help is appreciated
so i need to know if there are any major differences when it comes to owning a plakat. are they more aggressive, do they get sick as much? and how are they when it comes to breeding?
with java moss, whats the minimum size tank? and does it have benefits?

The major difference I have seen with plakats is energy level. Because they don't have the long fins of fancy betta they tend to swim around much more. I have one who completely owns a 29 gal tank. Another benefit of plakats is that they can rarely bit their fins.

Java moss is a plant that requires very little care aside from water and light. It's a great beginner plant.

A moss ball is different from java moss...still requires no care, but is basically algae, not a true moss. :)
