Hi I'm a Jersey girl who just got myself her own betta!
Unfortunately my camera went missing so I can't show you my betta or setup but will describe it.
Krona (named after the Swedish currency) is a plain dark blue-colored betta from my local Petsmart. I'm keeping him in a 3.2 gallon critter keeper with a marina heater, a Tetra Whisper 3i filter, and a critter light on a timer. Krona has his own mermaid barrel hide and one suction-cup plastic plant. I decided on leaving his tank bare bottom for cleaning purposes.
Right now I feed him Hikari Spirulina Brine Shrimp (after I break it into crumbs) tho I am looking for other alternatives.
