I haven't seen one before and I'm sorry if there is another one, but I thought this would be a good idea. I've done a few artsy things around the house and wanted to share or get ideas.
The first two pics are an idea I saw on the interwebs and decided to do it. My friend did the second one. You glue crayons to a white canvas and then melt them with a hair dryer. It can get messy so maybe do this outside. I'm going to do some more but I need to get crayons. I'm sure the younger peeps on here have tons...
The third one I got the idea from looking at something similar. I found the stencils of the birds online. I spray painted the canvas black and then just glued them on. Easy peesy.

I love that bird one! I will have to use my scrapbooking scraps to do something similar. Very simple and pretty. :)

Thanks! the crayon thing was not my original idea, I wish I could credit the person who's it was, but I don't know who they are. But I came up with an idea for wall art for couples. My BF and I might try it today...

Ok here's the one I was talking about. The black is hand painted. We then each painted a hand red. From there we made a heart out of our hands and pressed the canvas onto them, making the heart

I used to make flowers out of colored pipe cleaners and flowers out of colored duct tape. And I used to carve stuff out of foam. To bad I usually give away my art, I would have posted them.
