betta growing?

Okay I went on vacation for a week and my mom took care of perseus for me. I come back and all of his white is gone and replaced with blue!!! Is this normal?! Also his fins got about twice the size! 7 days and this huge difference?! His fins are a little ripped not fin rot or getting snagged or anything. Is it normal for fins to tear a bit as they grow??

He's a marble, so it is perfectly normal for him to change colour. As for the fins, perhaps they are too heavy for him and he is starting to bite?

Hmm...is he flaring at anything? Sometimes they can rip their fins when they flare.

Fins don't typically grow back with rips in appearances, most likely this situation was due to sharp decorations, sharp plants, and flaring. When fins grow back they typically grow back in clear increments, without any visible rips. Also, the most likely reason to as why your Betta has substantially changed colors is probably because he is a coloration of Betta called a "marble". These are when they can change there colors very differently in small amounts of time

No they grew bigger and ripped not back. And theres nothing Sharp in the tank all silk plants. there's two tiny tears that looks like his fins were growing. They doubled in size over 6 days. They ripped and grew back even bigger.
