I go and lift the lid to feed him a pellet, and ZOOOOOOM.. he is off into hiding Oh how I love him!

Well, after a devastating loss last night, my parents bought me this beautiful CT to cheer me up!

R.I.P. Oren! Im going to miss you little buddy! Only had you 3 weeks, but trust me, you mean't so much more to me! Oren died from a disease that was so quick and deadly. Took his life in less then 24 hours.

Well, here he is! He's a beautiful Blue/Steel Blue with Teal Caudal fins and Red Pectoral fins! He has almost 180 degree finnage when he flares! Something I will be working on... get him on some good food so he meets the 180 degree mark.

He is unnamed! Please comment names!

I'm still working on a name for my guy as well, so here's a few I dug up:

Nolan (English) means 'little champion'

Gunnar (Scand.) means 'soldier' or 'warrior'

Ahiga (Navajo) means 'he fights'

Herluin (Norman) means 'noble friend'

He is beautiful betta. Who is his mate? You know i get scare when i see betta close to the filter. Make sure it not too strong. I have one betta stuck in the filter before. How much water and how often do you change the water?
