I would start him on a 10 day AQ salt treatment - my coco had Popeye and it cleared up in like 2 days with the AQ salt... finish the treatment though. No longer or it can start to hurt your fishy's labyrinth organ.

Ohh wow I'm sorry I was looking at his belly not the thing on his side. I was using my phone and I thought the picture was only of his belly. Now I'm on a compute I see what you were actually took a picture of. My bad. He looked fat to me on his belly my bad.
