I have a friend who has fibromyalgia and she says short term memory loss kind of goes along with it.

Yup, pretty much. Thank goodness my MIL has fibro too, so my hubs is totally used to fairly senile women in his life, lol!

My bassett eats fish food. That wasn't my doing though. She's a weirdo.

My cats will steal and eat an entire bag of algae wafers if I don't get them put away properly. Dunno wtf that's all about, lol.

I'm very lucky to have a cat who does not care about fish or fish food!!

I'll probably develop fibro. My aunt has it and she's actually gone crazy. Makes up stories about family members then makes bitter enemies out of them (myself, sister and mom being "disowned") .. But I have chronic lower back pain ... Not good :(

Yesterday my bf told me to take the 7up out of the freezer, told him I was on it. Even went into the kitchen! Must have stopped to look at Ludey and totally forgot about the 7up!! lol He got a bit mad later but the slush worked well with the whisky <3

My cat eats anything that comes in a fish food-like container. She LOVES bloodworms. She'll only eat the shrimp if I mix it with the blood worms. And she loves and flakes and pellets. She has made a hobby out of licking anything that comes in contact with the fish tanks, so I have to be very careful to securely store things. I doubt her nasty cat-germs could be good for my boys.

As a side note, I'm going to get into aromatherapy. I'm hoping it'll help with the nightly rages that I have. By the end of the day, my body has had it. So my mood just plummets and I'm anxious and angry over everything. I'll keep you posted to let you know if it helps. I know that fibromyalgia can have symptoms of depression and anxiety as well. I know that essential oils with linalool can greatly reduce stress in the body, so I'm going to try out lavender, bergamot, jasmine, and ylang ylang oils.

Lavender does wonders for helping me relax, both mentally and physically. Its one of the few things that will allow me to really un-tense.

I bought some (legit) absolute Jasmine oil at my local health store today and I've had it running in my vapor-eze for about a half hour now. I don't know if this is psychosomatic or what, but I feel looser. I haven't been able to just let go physically and mentally like this in a long long time. My breathing is easier, no chest pains, no panicky feelings. I love discoveries like this. As time goes on I find more and more ways to make life easier to deal with for me and the people that have to live with me. And insights like this just push my progress that much further.
