Oh my gosh!

So I was surfing AquaBid again... I do it when I have nothing else to do... And I found a place in my area (Portland) selling them! Not only that, they are selling wild types.

This is the list of what they have:
Betta splendens - male and female - $3
CT - male and female - $4
HM - male and female - $8 and $10
Brueni Betta (betta macrostoma) - $180 a pair
Golden ninja betta (betta strohi) - $16
Green mask betta (betta pugnax) - $8
Green moon spot betta (betta uberis [Kubu]) - $16
Green spot betta (betta cocinna) - $5
Peacock betta (betta imbellis) - $3.50, 6 for $18
Red cherry betta (betta channoides) - $15
Strawberry betta (betta albimarginata) - $16

I had no idea that they carried such a variety or that they had so many wild types there!

Yeah. They aren't that far from where I live. Thinking about going out there tomorrow to see what they have for females. Very interested to see their stock.

I'll definitely ask them.
http://www.aquabid.com/cgi-bin/aucti...seller&Wetspot - Them on AquaBid.

Going to try to talk Devon into taking me over there tomorrow while we're out getting a new camera.

I'm certainly interested in the quality of their fish and tanks. They are some of the only people that I see selling Pangio loaches on AB. I've been looking to expand my loach pile, but I wanted to get a better feel for them.

the few female "halfmoons" I saw weren't actually HM. CT girls aren't bad. I got a cute little copper CT girl from them. I think I've only seen wild type colored VT females. they usually have some really pretty males though. I usually get my plants from them

Ooooh, that website. I saw them on aquabid, tried to find the website and realized you really need to add "tropical fish" in there or you end up at a very unpleasant website. Please, no one try to find out what I mean. Just go to wetspottropicalfish.com and don't, for the life of you, forget the tropical fish part of the URL.

They have a whole lot of wild-caught rare fish on aquabid.
